Farewell to Loqbooq

We began developing Loqbooq during the pandemic and launched it in 2021. Throughout this journey, we have learned a great deal and are very proud of the product we created. We firmly believe that decision logs are a valuable tool for any project team.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we have not managed to gain enough users to keep Loqbooq running in a sustainable way. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to end support for Loqbooq and will be closing the service at the end of August 2024.

We understand the importance of your data and want to ensure a smooth transition. Please make sure to export your loqs and decisions using the built-in CSV or PDF export function before August 31. After this date, all user data will be permanently deleted.

While we bid farewell to Loqbooq, we will focus our efforts on our two other main projects: Macarons, a chat roulette app for Slack, and Wokabulary, a flashcard vocabulary learning app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

We will keep the Loqbooq website and blog online for the foreseeable future, although it will no longer be possible to register new accounts.
